my boobs are all gone after i stopped nursing!!!?
i exclusively pumped with a dual breastpump (medela pump n style) for my son for 9 months and a half. i lost a lot of weight and i look skinnier but my belly is still not flat and my boobs are gone, all i have is skin, i used to have nice looking boobs 34 c, guys always noticed them. i feel so bad it is all gone now and i look like a really old women, they look saggy, it looks like there is nothing inside!!
am i the only one in this boat? this is my first son and i would like to have another one later.
i can’t think of surgery because i will feel fake.
so please help!
Oh my gosh, that is exactly what i am going through. Its so good to hear that someone else is going through the same thing. I breastfed my daughter exclusively for 7 months, and occassionally i expressed as well. When i stopped, my breasts shrunk to nothing. I had great breasts before i had my daughter. They were perfect, and now, they are saggy like dumbo the elephants ears. It is devastating, because my body is in great shape, but then my chest is saggy like my grandma, and im not a grandma yet. I swim alot, and im not confident wearing a bikini anymore. My partner has bought me a few new bikinis, but the chest isnt looking right. He asked me if i would consider having a breast lift, as much as i would like to, at the same time, im thinking that its probably not worth it, and i am also scared of the procedure. Well, isnt it amazing what we have to go through to bring our precious angels into this world. In some ways, it is worth it. when i look at my daughter, i would rather have saggy boobs for the rest of my life than give her up.
